• Turns a description of your project into a first schedule: activities, durations and dependencies.
• Schedules with the critical path method, using working calendars and finish-to-start, start-to-start, finish-to-finish and start-to-finish links.
• Tracks progress against a data date and saved baselines, so the forecast finish shows slippage as it happens.
• Imports Primavera P6 schedules from XER files.
• Keeps a risk register, and drafts status reports, stakeholder updates and HSE plans from the schedule.
