Common questions
How do monthly AI credits work on Professional?
Each billing period includes a fresh pool of AI credits. Credits are consumed when you use AI features such as project chat, AI-generated documents (reports and refine), knowledge-base embedding on upload, and RAG query embeddings; larger prompts that include retrieved document context also count toward usage. AI-generated document text counts toward your plan storage units; on Starter only your most recently generated or refined document is kept per scope (each new one replaces the previous for that scope). Unused credits do not roll over unless your terms say otherwise.
Can I start on Starter and upgrade to Professional?
Yes. Subscribe to Starter from Pricing, then upgrade when you need more projects, storage, monthly AI capacity, or the Documents knowledge base (RAG). Your projects carry forward.
What if I outgrow the 50-project limit?
Business offers custom limits for active projects, storage, and baselines, plus enterprise options. Use Compare plans or contact sales when you need organization-wide rollout.
Where do I change my plan or payment method?
Signed-in workspace owners can open Profile → Billing & usage for plan details and usage, use Manage billing (Stripe) for payment methods, and visit Pricing to upgrade.
